WooCommerce store with daily ERP sync.

Jaltech needed their catalog, inventory and users to stay in sync with their ERP automatically: no manual updates, no stale stock.

The Challenge.

Jaltech's product catalog and inventory lived in their ERP, but their WordPress site had no way to stay in sync, so every price or stock change meant updating the site by hand.

What we did.

We built a WordPress ecommerce site with daily cron jobs that query the client's ERP via SOAP web services, syncing every product and user automatically with custom business logic built around how Jaltech sells. We also built a separate plugin for their sales advisors: an admin panel listing every client, so an advisor can place an order on a client's behalf.

Audit of the ERP's SOAP web service and existing catalog structure
WordPress ecommerce build with automated inventory at its core
Daily cron jobs syncing products and users from the ERP via SOAP
Custom business logic for Jaltech's own pricing and catalog rules
A dedicated advisors plugin: admin panel listing every client
Advisors can place orders on behalf of their clients directly

The Results.

Daily automated sync between the ERP and the site: products and users update with no manual work.
Custom business logic keeps pricing and catalog rules aligned with how Jaltech actually sells.
A dedicated advisors plugin lets the sales team manage clients and place orders on their behalf.
